As a TEFL-certified ESL teacher with a Master’s degree in applied linguistics and 3 years of professional experience, I read your posting with great interest. Over the past 3 years, I have had the opportunity to work as an EFL teacher at MBIM Institute, a private language school for Algerian learners. Here, I have dealt with students from different age and proficiency levels and gained experience preparing lesson plans, choosing appropriate ELT methodologies, varying teaching materials, designing quizzes, giving feedback, and much more. Prior to this, I was freelancing and volunteering as an ESL tutor preparing secondary school and high school students for their academic examinations. Currently, I am working as an online teacher trainer at the same institute after collaborating with the CPD assessment team to design a 120-hour TEFL course with learning and CPD value. Being a trilingual educator (English, Arabic, and French) and having taught English as a foreign language to Algerian students, i am excited at the opportunity to use my expertise to build a solid foundation of grammar, vocabulary, and other language skills for foreign students. I can easily adapt to new environments as i am very familiar with different cultures behind languages and i enjoy immersing myself in different lifestyles, and traditions. Furthermore, my creativity and computer skills enable me to create interesting and interactive classes.
